Our Dynamic Shared Equity model lets you start with a deposit you can actually save, then grow your ownership at your own pace.
Apply & qualify
If your household income is roughly $60K–$140K and you've saved a deposit from $10K, you may be eligible. No large lump sum required.
Move in & co-own
You and GetHome buy the home together. You move in straight away and pay below-market rent on the share GetHome still holds.
Buy more, over time
Purchase extra equity whenever it suits you — from 5% at a time, with no frequency limits — always at fair, market-indexed prices.
Own it outright
Keep building your share until you reach 100%. The home is fully yours, and you've owned every piece at a fair price along the way.

GetHome is a Company Limited by Guarantee, registering as a Public Benevolent Institution. We exist to deliver our mission, not to return a profit to shareholders.
